Thank you for choosing Polished Cleaning Services. By booking and using our cleaning services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1.1. Polished Cleaning Services will preauthorize your payment credit card before your appointment.
1.2. If your card is declined, your scheduled cleaning will be automatically canceled.
2.1. Cancellations made within 71 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 25% of the total booking cost.
2.2. Cancellations made within 23 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
2.3. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the scheduled service will incur a fee of 100% of the total booking cost.
3.1. Cleaning appointments are scheduled between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM. Arrival times may vary based on cancellations and other appointments.
3.2. If an exact arrival time is required, an additional charge will apply. This option must be selected at the time of booking or added to existing visits.
4.1. Services are priced as a "Flat Rate" or "Cost per Clean." Invoices will match the estimate unless:
5.1. Our cleaners are trained and rotated through different routes for quality control. We cannot guarantee the same cleaner for each visit.
5.2. Clients may request the same cleaner for an additional 10% fee, applicable to full-priced services only. This option must be selected during booking.
6.1. Our staff will not handle biological waste and may discontinue service if their safety is compromised.
7.1. Cleaning staff will not open closed-off areas or drawers unless explicitly agreed upon in advance.
8.1. Clients must provide accessible parking for our staff. Any paid parking charges will be added to your invoice.
9.1. Our staff may take before-and-after photos for quality control and progress monitoring. These photos will be used solely for these purposes and only with your explicit consent.
10.1. A $2,500 recruitment fee applies if you solicit employment or make private cleaning arrangements with a current or former Polished Cleaning team member within 24 months of their termination.
11.1. In the event of damage or breakage during your appointment, your cleaner will notify you, and a Polished Cleaning representative will follow up to address the issue.
12.1. If cleaning services are paused for more than six weeks, your job will be canceled in the system, and you will need to rebook at the most current pricing.
13.1. Appointment times are estimates based on two cleaners attending.
13.2. Appointment durations may vary.
13.3. Polished Cleaning staff are not required to clean for a minimum amount of time as services are billed at a flat rate.
